With the innovative RP2350, Raspberry Pi enables dual-core support for Arm Cortex-M33 or RISC-V Hazard3 with freely selectable architecture, maximum application freedom and an extensive software ecosystem. With the Risc-V Hazard 3 in particular, even more flexibility and innovative power can now be achieved.
In addition, Raspberry Pi sets new standards for security and transparency with the RP2350: Arm TrustZone-M, Secure Boot and OTP key storage, hardware SHA-256, debug locks and encrypted booting as well as open tests and documented security structure offer users particularly good insights and a high level of security.
With a public hacking competition at DEF CON 32, Raspberry Pi was able to have the new security features of the RP2350 tested not only internally but also by the global community. Thanks to these open security tests, in which countless security experts took part, Raspberry Pi was able to gain useful information for the further development of the platforms and general security in the embedded sector.
